- From here the Super administrator need to add the call type. I.e. the mode by which they receives the call from a customer.
- To add a call type you just need to add call type heading and description.
- From here if required Super administrator can update the call type heading or description by just selecting the call type heading from drop down.
- This will display all the Call Types that are active.
- From this if required Super administrator can delete the any call type.
