- From this the operator can view all the breakdown calls
assigned by operator to the engineer, by checking the 3 different links that are
Assigned, Open, Closed.
- Assigned –It displays the call that is
assigned to the particular engineer but not yet open
- Open—It displays the call that are open
that is open
- Closed—It will display the calls that are
closed by the operator once it is completed.
- By clicking on particular call no operator can get to know
entire details about that call & further on clicking on visit no you can get
to know the visit details in case visit is made.
- By clicking on Customer/Branch/Dept you can get the customer
details.
- By clicking on Product Serial no. you can get the machine
details.
