  • From here the Super administrator need to add the Nature Of Complaints.
  • To add Nature Of Compliant type you just need to specify Nature Of Complaint along with the Description.
  • From here if required Super administrator can update the nature of Complaint or description by just selecting the nature of Complaint from drop down.
  • This will displays all the nature of Complaint that are active.
  • From this if required Super administrator can delete the any nature of Complaint.
