After Sales Support System >> Service Type Management

  • Here you can key in the Service Type name which will be appeared while entering the service details of the machine .
  • You have the option to select whether machine parts will be included for this type of service or not. Generally when you add the Service Type – Comprehensive then you would select the Machine Parts Included option whereas for Non Comprehensive, you will not select it.
  • You can enter in the rate of the type of service for a periodic range. This rate is a standard price that you charge for this type of service but can be changed from customer to customer depending upon the relationship with the customer.
  • You have the option to update the type of services at any given time.
  • From this you can update Service Type, Description and the rate/unit charges for it.
  • This will displays all the services that are active.
  • From this if required Super administrator can delete the any service.
