- This is the section which displays you the complete stock
summary.
- In order to view the stock, the category, model, part name,
and the branch name will have to be selected for which you would want to view
the stock. If you want to view the total stock total in all branches you just
need to select all from branch name.
- The stock is segregated into 5 sections
o Good
Stock
o Customer Stock
o Repair
Stock
o Bad Stock
o Intended
Stock
- Good Stock is the one which is currently
with you, which you have purchased. It displays the count of the peripherals –
product wise clicking on which you will get the serial numbers available.
- Customer Stock – gives you the count of all
the peripherals of that product, which are under maintenance or warranty. On
clicking this link, you will get the serial number along with the customer name.
- To get the details you have to just click on serial number.
- Repair Stock – displays the count of the
stock which has currently been sent for repair.
- Bad Stock – this is that stock which had
been sent for repair but could not be repaired so it adds into the bad stock.
- Intended Stock – the count of
peripherals that are with engineers.
