This system has been developed for multiple branches of the institute. Using the main office administrator can configure and manage all the master data for all the branches. In each branch the transaction and day-to-day activity data can be entered and managed separately. There is facility where data from branches can be uploaded at the head office or entry can be directly in the head office, so that management has all the reports available.

This system is for the multiple user and system will not slow down or give any kind of problem, if many users are using the system. There can be multiple operators for same branch and all can use same time.

At this moment there are three-type login in the system

• Administrator : Can manage all the critical data and all the reports of all the branches are available to him.
• Branch Operator : Can manage all transaction data related to his branch and have reports.
• Accountant : He can manage all the account related setting and data. Also have the facility to add the account related information coming from different branch and head office.
